FUJIFILM Business Innovation as the main principal of Astragraphia, has products that already use environmentally friendly raw materials. In addition, Astragraphia also markets DocuSign products that provide electronic signature services, which supports the paperless concept.
The main principal of Astragraphia, FUJIFILM Business Innovation, is involved in the research and development of biomass plastics. This material has been proven to be more environmentally friendly, strong and durable. This material is used in parts of FUJIFILM Business Innovation devices. Besides materials that are more environmentally friendly, the technology from the FUJIFILM Business Innovation device already uses “Smart Energy Management” for certain power usage. Power consumption and CO2 emissions can be significantly reduced because this technology supplies power only to the specific function used.
Several environmentally friendly products marketed by Astragraphia are Fujifilm Apeos C7070 Series, Fujifilm Apeos 2150 NDA, Fujifilm Apeos C325 Series, Fujifilm ApeosPro C650, Fujifilm ApeosWide 3030/6050, Fujifilm Revoria PressTM PC1120 and Fujifilm Revoria PressTM E1 Series. These products provide service features that can improve the efficiency of business processes, which lead to cost saving and carbon emission cutting due to more efficient electricity usage. In addition, these three products are also supported by the use of a toner known as SUPER EAECO Toner which can reduce the impact of environmental damage and reduce CO2 emissions by up to 35% with the application of the latest technology where printouts can stick to paper at a temperature of 10% lower than regular toner.
