The development of digital technology has drastically changed the industrial landscape. However, behind all these changes, one thing that remains constant is the role of design in attracting consumer attention. Especially in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan, the need for young designers has been increasingly felt since the presence of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN). Seeing this great potential, PT Astra Graphia Tbk Balikpapan Branch is directly involved in efforts to develop human resources through the Competence Aid Program (CAP).
