PT Astra Graphia Tbk (Astragraphia) received an award as the TOP Good Corporate Governance in the Business Support Services category at the 2022 TOP GCG Awards from Iconomics. The event was held on Friday, 16 December 2022 at Le Meridien Hotel Jakarta and was opened by The Iconomics Founder and CEO Bram S. Putro. In his speech, Bram explained the importance of GCG in managing the company.

The award is given based on the assessment of five indicators in the implementation of GCG, namely open relations, functions and activities of the board of commissioners, functions and activities of the directors, improving aspects of corporate governance, information disclosure. Based on these indicators, a search was carried out on the documents and information of the companies. In addition, a search was also carried out using the media monitoring approach to see aspects of the realization of the GCG activities carried out by the companies.

On the occasion of the award, Astragraphia was represented by Rininta Widyapratika as the Corporate Secretary & Legal Dept. Head of PT Astra Graphia Tbk. The companies selected in the Top GCG are companies with the top scores from each sub-industry. This award is expected to encourage companies to increasingly compete to improve better corporate governance.
