Astragraphia Wins Top 15 Customer Loyalty Awards 2022

Astragraphia – In the “EduPrint Show 2022” event organized by PrintPack Indonesia Magazine on March 16, 2022, Astragraphia received the Top 15 Customer Loyalty Awards 2022. This event is a series of the 15th Anniversary of PrintPack Indonesia which was held at the Grand Pasundan Hotel & Convention Bandung which aims to educate and as a promotional media for the digital printing and packaging industry to partners and customers of PrintPack Indonesia. Astragraphia was represented by Aria Samudera – Branch Manager of PT Astra Graphia Tbk Bandung Branch in the award reception ceremony.

PrintPack Indonesia collaborated with Ali Kreasindo Mandiri exclusively to make this award certificate. Using special acrylic and printed using UV print ink, the award certificate of the Top 15 Customer Loyalty Awards 2022 looks luxurious and elegant.

The “EduPrint Show 2022” event was opened with an opening speech by the Deputy Chairperson of the West Java Office and Head of the Printing Association (Indonesian Graphics Company Association) DPD PPGI West Java, H. Dedy Firmansyah who was accompanied by the Secretary of the West Java PPGI DPD Mr. Gatot Ryadhi who is also the President Director PT.Granesia (Bandung People's Newspaper)Dean of the Creative Industry Tourism Faculty (Parinkraf) Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT) Dr. Zalzulifa, M.Pd, Chairman of the Indonesian Printing Community (Kopigrafika) and chairman of Kofaba (Bandung Photographers Community) and other invited guests.

The Chief Editor of PrintPack Indonesia Magazine, Suhendramarzs, hopes that the EduPrint Show will continue to receive positive support from all parties. According to him, providing education about the printing industry that is good and right to partners and customers is important in increasing business turnover.

The Printalkshow session was a continuation of the event after the award ceremony. In this session, the Director of PT Astragraphia Xprins Indonesia (AXI) – PrintQoe.com, Kuat Teguh Santoso, educated the participants with the theme “Building a Sustainable Ecosystem Printing in the New Normal Era – Post Covid19”. This talkshow was held in a hybrid way through the Zoom Meeting platform and moderated by Suhendramarzs as Chief Editor of PrintPack Indonesia. Kuat Teguh Santoso also provided tips and strategies on how to deal with the New Normal era, including: “Adapting to changing markets, Bringing Added Value, Online Communication is both Effective and Time saving, Exploiting online tools for preliminary contacts, and Tapping into the potential of omni marketing channels".
